VJCL Convention 2007

The 2007 VJCL Convention will be held at the Greater Richmond Convention Center on November 18th and 19th, 2007.

Packet:
The VJCL Packet is available for download. To register for Convention, you must download and complete the following:

1. Registration Packet: fillable pdf* or standard
2. Membership Forms: fillable pdf* or standard
3. Delegate Registration Spreadsheet

The first two components must be mailed to Debbie Brooks by October 20, 2007. The delegate spreadsheet should be filled out and emailed as an attachment to registration@vjcl.org by October 20, but we highly suggest you submit everything in advance of the deadline. Please click here for brief tutorial on filling out the delegate spreadsheet (might take several minutes to load, but well worth it)..

*NOTE: The registration packet and membership forms can be filled out, in large part, on your computer before printing. In addition to allowing you to type instead of handwriting, these fillable forms will automatically calculate dues and fees. Please watch this short tutorial (less than one minute) for instructions on filling forms in electronically (might take several minutes to load, but well worth it). If you have any questions, please email webmaster@vjcl.org. Of course, you may always print out the standard forms and fill them out by hand.

Sponsor & Chaperone Forms:
Extra chaperone forms are available here and extra sponsor forms are available here.

Contests:
Dramatic Interpretation
Latin Oratory
